Stay organized and be prepared to make quick decisions. Full Moon *The Sun and Moon are on opposites sides of the Earth. As we are all aware, things can get a little weird during this time. Emotions tend to run high so be careful not to get overly emotional. However this is harvest time. Time to reap the benefits of the intentions set during the new moon. As the moon gets bigger so does the appetite, so protein and more hearty food is beneficial during this time. It's also favorable for anything to grow, so it is an excellent time for building muscle by weight lifting. Last Quarter *This is the opposite of the first quarter leading to the next new moon. It is a time for release, letting go, and forgiveness. Focus on releasing negative emotions and anything no longer serving you. Participate in any activities that can help you do this spa treatments, message, yoga etc. It's ideal to have a healthy state mentally, physically, and emotionally, in order to set intentions for the new moon.
